Ultimate 250 battery pack

ATS Electro-Lube’s automatic lubricators come with a choice of battery pack or AC/DC power supply.

The Electro-Luber™ - our single point gas powered lubricator – is a single use system, meaning there’s no need for replacement batteries. The dispense cycle is 15 days to 1 year, when the luber is empty simply fit a replacement.

MD lubricator replacement batteries

Our Ultimate Luber™ and Titan CL Luber™ are refillable automatic lubrication systems, they can be re-used through hundreds of grease cartridge refills, and are durable enough to last many years. As these auto lubers can be refilled by the end user we offer replacement battery packs in two sizes.

Single point lubricator batteries

We have undertaken extensive testing to find the batteries that best meet the high performance of our lubricators. Replacement battery packs are identical alkaline packs to those supplied at purchase, and are incredibly simple to replace.

The Jack Luber™ is the most versatile and durable automatic lubricator on the market. Using our patented screw technology it provides an incredibly cost-effective multi-point lubrication system.

See the table below to identify the correct replacement batteries, or just contact ATS and we’ll be happy to help.

ONLY battery packs sourced from ATS Electro-Lube should be used in our lubricators. Failure to replace with ATS battery packs will invalidate your warranty and compromise the UL/ATEX certification.
