Released in 1982, the ATS ELECTRO-LUBER™ was the first intrinsically safe automatic lubricator on the market. Today it remains the benchmark by which all electrochemical lubricators are measured.
Using a unique patented electro-chemical reactor cell, electrical energy is converted to inert nitrogen gas, which expands within a hermetically sealed gas chamber. As nitrogen is produced, pressure increases in the bellows chamber, which in turn pushes a piston to force lubricant from the grease cartridge and into the lubrication point.
This continuous lubrication prolongs machinery life by avoiding under or over-lubrication, and by applying positive pressure the lubricator eradicates contamination at the lubrication point. Together, contamination and improper lubrication account for 60% of bearing failure, so this electrochemical lubricator not only saves man hours but can dramatically slash machinery repair costs.
This innovative auto lubricator is user friendly and simple to install, with simple DIP switch controls and an LED display which provides continual status readings. It can empty between fifteen days to one year depending on user requirements.
The Electro-Luber™ therefore provides continuous lubrication at the perfect rate for any piece of equipment, from chains to bearings to wind turbine controls.
